A LEGACY built to endure
Named after the ancient Mayan city meaning “three times built,” Uxmal embodies resilience, mastery, and the timeless art of creation. Like the Temple of the Magician that inspired it, Uxmal Tequila stands as a testament to vision, craft, and dedication.
Our roots lie in the red clay soils of the Jalisco Highlands, where the sun and cool mountain air nurture agave of exceptional sweetness and aroma. From hand-selecting each piña to careful cooking, fermentation, and distillation, every step honors generations of tradition while embracing modern innovation.
Uxmal is also a family story. Inspired by my mother, Tema Almada—descended from the legendary Almada family of 19th-century Mexico—our tequila carries forward a legacy of ingenuity, resilience, and artistry. Her love for authentic Mexican craft, from the kitchen to the heart, taught us that patience and care create true beauty.
Sustainability guides every bottle: agave fibers become organic fertilizer, wastewater is purified, and small-lot production ensures integrity from field to glass.
